Relationship between cybersecurity and risk management
Cyber security is described as an exercise of taking care of organization programs, systems and networks .cyber security is also defined as the act of protecting systems, application and networks against new attack (Von Solms & Van Niekerk 2013). It is crucial to safeguard operations in an organization because cyberattack are frequently intended to access, alter, or even destroy very delicate data .Such as extracting money from the users, or checking and interfering usual business process. Coming up with an effective means of protecting the cyber information has become a big challenge (Wang & Lu 2013). This is because of an increase in the number of sophisticated devices and the rise in the innovation by the attackers. Risk management on the other hand refers to acts of detecting, evaluating and regulatory, organizational threats on finances. Furthermore, these threats originate from a range of sources, comprising legal liabilities, accidents, natural calamities and errors arising from strategic management.
Cyber security and risk management relates in the following ways, fast, both aspects are formed with the aim of caring or protecting certain elements (Drucker 2012). For instance, both cyber security and risk management, helps in providing protection on online attacks, such as cyberbullying and data related task. In addition both cyber and risk management faces similar challenges of controlling online cyberbullying, because of an increase of device and technology, nearly ,every single person now owns mobile phone and have access to computers and can access the interknit services. An increase in the innovation of the attackers is similarly faced by both cyber security and risk management.
Cyber security and risk management have become an essential aspect of every organisation. As modern organisation have intergraded the methods, organisations embrace the two ways to safeguard their data, and programs mostly run on the online platform such as organisation website and the online transactions carried out. Network security is an important aspect, both cyber security and risk management tries to protect an organisation. With the rise of hackers, it has made even the organizations to become even more aggressive on controlling their networks.
As IT a manager, I will use the following concepts in management of IT risks within my company. The fast concept that I will use is setting up a computerized databank of the company financial information systematized and automatic to be producing consistent reports on the process of every level of company management progress. By doing so, it will facilitate a smooth operation of getting some special report by the company whenever required. Furthermore, the function of the management information system in a company is to give feedback to the managers on how they are performing. A computer database system provides the top management with a platform top management to monitor the company one unit. Because it displays the actual information and the planned data results, and other precious results (Turban2008), thus measuring the accuracy of the information increases and makes the company notice any small alteration of the data by the cyber attackers, this system more so can help the company in evaluating how is performing.
The second aspect that I will employ as manager is, the management of information technology risks are setting up a virtual private server web hosting, in the past most of the small companies lacking huge IT budgets used to share hosting services for websites or even at worse take the liability of finance of ordering accommodating in the house for their sites. However with modern technology and the presence of the numerous advantages of the private virtual server hosting such as the financial implications and the security of the data. As manager of the company I will embrace the concept to help the company deal with risk related to information technology. More this server has the ability to run numerous operating systems at the same time. The strength of the server to run multiple operations at the same time, hence the company can host several websites as it wishes, more the company can load any applications on the private server without suffocating speed or and without any fear of cyber-attack.

Product Idea and Search Engines/Electronic Marketing
My idea is creation of a tutor academic website for teaching students online, the site will contain services such as teaching students on improving the handwriting and the art of being creative. Secondly, it will also have an online-based class which will be schedule mostly to be on holidays or weekend, in this section students will be taught on the subjects they feel they are week in by an online tutor (Lilien Morrison, Searls, Sonnack& Hippel 2002). The website will also have a section where students can access past papers and which are well solved. The benefit of creating this website include, it will help students to strengthen their subject understanding; it will also boost their confidence and also build essential learning skills. More so the students will get attention which they always miss well in a crowded class. The student are also given a platform where they can ask the questions. By doing so, the student academic performance is improved .The tutor also help the student to develop a positive attitude towards learning and school through making learning fun to the student. This is mainly done through tutor's regular encouragement of the student and praising .the tutor will also focus on improving the student work and the study habits, for instance, the student will learn work and good study habits that will enable him or her to pass his examination well.
The potential customers for my services will be mainly students, the website target student in all learning centers in the world, because it is done on an online platform. These services are a target to both students having challenges in their studies, and those who have minimum problems as, there will be different programs, targeting different level of the student. Apart from tutoring students, the tutor will also be posting videos for students to watch just for entertainment purposes to break the monotony of learning (Ozer 2005). This videos will be programmed to come at the end of every learning lessons.
Three possible electronic ways of marketing my tutor website is through use, television, radio and the internet for posting my website link on the YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn. Videos will be posted on YouTube, Facebook and LinkedIn about my tutoring services, the videos will outline the services, price and the benefit of tutoring students online. The posting of the videos will be done regularly. The internet is one of the most vast used marketing tools for products and services in the world, because of their availably and accessibility to many people (Hansen & Andreasen, 2005). Another electronic source of marketing is the radio, and the most important is that nearly all the people have access to the radio in the world, I will create content and then pay for their advertisement on the radio, and the last source that I will use is the television, the best thing about television usage for advertisement is that the students can actually see the services that are advertising and even then they can be provided with some videos of the tutoring( Eling, Langerak & Griffin 2015)..
The advantages of using the internet for marketing is that the internet is widely used, especially Facebook, YouTube and LinkedIn, the students can even share the information using their phone via WhatsApp, and Instagram. Internet usage is also cheap tool for marketing compared to the use of television and the radio and also print media. The main disadvantage of the internet is that the information may not reach to those who do not have access to the internet, especially those from a developing nation. Television and region have the advantage of reaching many people, to be more specific the radio, many people across the globe owns a receiver, thus making it easy for information to reach them. The main disadvantage of using radio and television is that they are a costly means of advertisement.

TAXI SERVICES
Taxi is a vehicle with a drive for hire. Taxi can be used by one commuter or a small group of passengers, the Cab or Taxi is typically used for a non-shared ride. Taxi offers services of conveying the passengers to their place of choice. The operation of the tax is different from the public transport because the cab does not have any specific pick up or drop-off stages. In the taxi service, the passenger is the one who determines the pick-up and drops up locations. The passengers are the one that have the mandate of showing how the long he will use the car. Some common examples of tax are, Hackney carriages and Limousines (Wong, Wong, & Yang2001).both of these type of taxi majorly depend on the passenger's budgets and the reason for hiring. The benefits of using a cab, include the availability of the taxi services 24/7, the tax ride can be enjoyed any time or even during any emergency such as sickness, and during transportation emergencies (Wong, Wong & Yang, 2001). Taxi car also has the advantage of prompt pic-up and drop facility, taxi car is always available for immediate pick, for example, if you need a pick up at home or the airport taxi are still ready to offer the service. Convenience is the other benefit of taxi. The vehicles are designed to meet the transportation needs. More so someone can enjoy the ride without worrying about the routes, parking fees and even security. And lastly, taxi drivers are always professional with excellent customer care services, unlike in the public transport. Taxis are ever driven by well-trained drivers, hence making it safer (Wong, Wong & Yang2001). More these drives understand well most of the city routes and can find the best shortcuts without committing any traffic offence, thus saving customer to reaches the chosen place on time, in addition, these vehicles are always clean and do not play loud music, ordering of the car is also very easy, as someone just order it via a mobile application app, and within few minutes the taxi vehicle arrive at the pick-up location. This helps reduce the hustle of going up to the designated place for public transport.
Potential customer for the taxi hiring includes, both individual commuters and group of passengers. Most people prefer taxi when going out in case of an emergency. So the cab for hire will those kind of clients. Companies also hire a taxi for transport, most companies which don't own vehicles when going out to the field they usually prefer hiring the tax for transportation. Taxi also targets an individual who likes private life, some people don't like using public vehicles and prefer taxi for hire because of the private nature of the car. Another group of people that a taxi car targets, is daily commuters who go work and do not like using the public vehicles. And lastly it can also target people who work until late hours, and they don't have their vehicles to take them home. Business people are also among the late-night passenger, because they close their business very late, for instance, pubs, bar and even some big restaurants that have a large number of customers who flow in at night hours.
Three essential social media methods for marketing taxi services efficiency to reach many people are Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube, and Facebook is an online platform that has so many members hence it is easy to reach many people at a time. Additionally, it is free to create a page on Facebook and even the posting of the videos. The disadvantage of Facebook is, it may require to pay a monthly fee in case If the service to be advertise on the Facebook page. And also not all the people have access to Facebook another limitation of Facebook is that it may require one to be online most time to respond to question from clients (Huang & Powell 2012, November). The advantage using YouTube is that one can promote services by even posting videos, which will help to attract customers. Limitations of using YouTube is it has even lees users compared to Facebook, and therefore the number of clients to be reached is far reduced. The advantage of using LinkedIn is that it is free, but the platform has very few users in the world hence making it a less marketing tool for my online websites
